Hi Prafull, I like ur blog and ur articles. I used the infographic for an article on my blog http://personalmarketing2null.de/2013/06/18/infografik-warum-mobile-recruiting-so-wichtig-ist/ (it’s in German :-)). Here in Germany there’s a similar situation. Most of the companies don’t have any mobile optimized career websites. Instead some of them use mobile apps which don’t make any sense at all 🙂
